Simply remove the screws from your existing cab lights, unplug them, plug the new cab lights in, then screw them back in with the included 2023+ Super Duty cab light brackets. The new cab lights are IP67 waterproof rated against rain, snow, dust and have the screw hole within the assembly to ensure that no leaks occur. They also include new gaskets with an adhesive backing.
